3月4日，中国电力建设工程咨询有限公司党委书记、董事长姚小平分别与土耳其GELGIT可再生能源和电力生产股份有限公司董事长Orhan Aydın、土耳其SMZ工程建设工贸股份有限公司董事长ECEVİT SÜLEYMAN就潜在合作项目进行座谈交流并签署一揽子项目合作协议。咨询公司党委副书记、总经理王志宽，党委委员、总会计师吕晓青，党委委员、副总经理苏航出席座谈。

　　On 4th March, Mr.Yao Xiaoping, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Power Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. discussions and exchanged views with Mr. Orhan Aydın,Chairman of Gelgit Renewable Energy and Electricity Generation Joint Stock Company and Mr.ECEVİT SÜLEYMAN, Chairman of SMZ Engineering Construction Industry and Trade Co., Ltd on the potential co-operation projects and signed the co-operation agreement of the package of project. Mr.Wang Zhikuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Consulting Company, Ms.Lv Xiaoqing, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant, and Mr.Suhang, Member of the Party Committeeand Deputy General Manager of the Consulting Company, were present at the seminar.

　　会上，咨询公司与土耳其GELGIT公司成功签署了土耳其GELGIT49.5兆瓦陆上风电项目EPC合同。作为咨询公司在土耳其的首个新能源项目，该项目位于土耳其伊斯坦布尔，工作内容为49.5兆瓦风电、配套集电线路、154千伏升压站、1千米的154千伏输电线路、对侧变电站扩建。

　　During the meeting, CPCEC and GELGIT successfully signed the EPC contract of GELGIT 49.5 MW Wind Power Project. As the first new energy project of CPCEC in Turkey, the project is located in Istanbul, Turkey, and the work content is 49.5 MW wind power, supporting collector lines, 154 kV booster station, 1 km of 154 kV transmission line, and expansion of the opposite side substation.

　　姚小平对GELGIT公司一行的到来表示欢迎，对GELGIT公司对项目的大力支持与配合表示感谢，并简要介绍了公司的基本情况，重点介绍了正在开展的国际业务板块。他表示，土耳其风电项目签约意义重大，标志着中土新能源合作水平不断提升，合作范围不断拓展，合作质量再上新台阶。同时期待与GELGIT公司携手，加大项目投入力度，深化合作，共同打造高质量项目工程。

He said that the signing of the wind power project in Turkey is of great significance, marking that the level of China and Turkey new energy cooperation has been continuously upgraded, the scope of cooperation has been expanding, and the quality of cooperation has reached a new level. Meanwhile, he is looking forward to working with GELGIT to increase project investment, deepen cooperation, and jointly build high-quality project works.

　　During the meeting, CPCEC successfully signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with SMZ of Turkey.
